We deliver worldwide, free shipping in Miami and Naples, contact us to secure a special rate for your delivery.

Shipping Policy

If you decide to make the return and your shipment was free, the free shipment is canceled and the shipping fee is paid. Canceled orders and returns will incur actual shipping costs to and from customer to Woven Furniture warehouse of origin. Actual shipping costs back to Woven Furniture may vary from the amounts of shipping promotions charged or shipping discounts that are subsidized by Woven Furniture at the time of order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns which are arranged within 5 days of signed delivery receipt and sent to email info@wovenfurniture.com We do not accept returns that are NOT arranged within 5 days of delivery. Please note that in the event that an item is shipped damaged, we will provide replacements at no cost to you. The customer has 24 hours to report any damage, it must be done in writing to info@wovenfurniture.com, and photographs of the damage found must be sent.
